No Brokerage on New Projects: Meena Estate Agency does not charge brokerage from customers/buyers for new projects offered by builders or developers. Brokerage, consultancy fees or other service charges, wherever applicable, will be communicated to the concerned party before the relevant transaction or service. The applicable brokerage or service arrangement may vary depending on the type of property and transaction.

Users should not make any payment based solely on information appearing on the website. Payment terms, booking amounts, deposits, brokerage and other charges should be confirmed with the concerned parties and supported by appropriate documentation.

Our website may contain information, photographs, floor plans, project details, advertisements, links or other material supplied by third parties.
